Return and Refunds

CASES IN WHICH YOU CAN RETURN AN ARTICLE

  • The order received is not my size.

  • The order is not what I expected.

  • The order is in poor condition.

RETURN CONDITIONS

  • You have 14 days from the delivery date to make a return.

  • Please note that for hygienical reasons, no returns of earrings and/or piercings will be accepted. Returns of products with initials/letters (necklaces, letter pendants, or piercings) will not be accepted either.

  • It is essential that the items you wish to return must be in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use.

  • To send an item back, you must include its original packaging and take into account that it must arrive in to us in perfect condition in order to get a refund.

  • In cases where you wish to exchange an item’s size or exchange it for a different item, you will have to carry out a return and place a new order with the desired item / size.

  • Once the return is refused, the customer will have 3 months to pickup the package from their local post, assuming the shipping cost. If the package is not picked up by the customer within 3 months it will be sent to charity.

WHAT TO DO TO CARRY OUT MY RETURN

  • Contact Customer Care with which you can request the return or exchange according to your case.

  • Our Customer Service team will contact you within 48 hours indicating the steps you must follow to make the return.

  • Once the courier company delivers the package to our facilities, after examining the article, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount has been refunded. The refund will be reflected in your account within 7 to 15 working days in the same way you made your purchase, through PayPal or a refund on your credit or debit card.

  • The return shipping costs are borne by the buyer except for cases of return for defective or erroneous product, in which Starry will bear the shipping costs. At the same time when it is verified that said product is defective, a refund or exchange will be made.
